A Culture of Innovation and Caring
At Sequoia PACE we see the world as a place where every human being participates in our culture through their final days. To achieve this, our actions are guided by three core values:
We prioritize human connection and value every precious life we touch.
We relentlessly pursue resourceful solutions to support participant health and independence.
We work as a team with a common purpose. We start by listening, promote and contribute diverse perspectives, and support team decisions.
We Value Our Team
We believe in healthy and refreshed employees. That’s why all full-time employees start with 17 days of paid time off, seven company holidays and five sick days.
Our success is a reflection of our employees. That’s why we’ve implemented a best practice from leading companies: Equity Grants for all employees.
We’ve got you covered! Health, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Paid parental leave. 401k matching program. Continuing Medical Education opportunities.
