Helping our seniors stay healthy and thriving through the COVID-19 pandemic

At WelbeHealth, we’ve taken aggressive action to help keep our participants healthy and socially engaged throughout the coronavirus pandemic. We continue to enroll new participants in our PACE programs, helping our seniors live safely in their homes and avoid nursing facilities, which have tragically become hotbeds for the spread of the virus.

The best of PACE, now via video

Our PACE programs provide a free internet-connected computer tablet to every participant – allowing our seniors to speak with their doctors and providers safely from home via video chat. Our seniors also enjoy using our WelbeLink tablets for games and socializing with caregivers.

Medical care in your own home

When in-person care is required, we provide it directly in our participants’ homes whenever possible. Our team members wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) and are regularly screened with state-of-the-art rapid COVID-19 testing devices.

When more advanced care is required, we provide safe transportation to our clinic one participant at a time – taking every step possible to minimize the risk of virus transmission to our seniors and our team.

Staying engaged and avoiding isolation

Though the pandemic has limited our ability to gather in-person, that doesn’t mean our activities and events have come to a halt. Our seniors continue to enjoy games, activities, music, exercise, and socializing with caregivers and other participants via video chat in their own homes. Our regular activities and events help keep our participants engaged and thriving and avoid social isolation.

We’re ready to serve you

Though the coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we all live and work, PACE continues safely serving seniors and their loved ones with comprehensive medical and social care. If you’re ready to learn more, we’re eager to speak with you. Learn more about our programs in Stockton-Modesto, Pasadena-Glendale-Burbank, greater Long Beach, and the Fresno area.
